BOZENKA




Bozenka meaning, “Touched by God”, is the auspicious birth name of this world-renowned performer and master teacher whose gift for the art of belly dancing transcends her Cuban-Czech heritage. She has recorded several best-selling instructional and performance DVDs and has toured extensively with the Bellydance Superstars as a featured soloist. In 2006, Bozenka brought home the coveted golden crown from the “Ahlan Wa Sahlan” dance festival in Cairo, Egypt where she was among 150 dancers from all over the world to compete for this honor. Bozenka was recently featured as Master teacher in the Belly Dance China Festival and is the creator and founder of “Mediterranean Dance Lab”, the first of its kind (a transformational dance training intensive for professional dancers) in Crete, Greece! Bozenka has become one of the world’s foremost exponents of Oriental Dance. Her special teaching methods and techniques and her wonderful spirit make her workshops & performances a fulfilling and motivating experience for all who attend. ALLA KUSHNIR




Alla Kushnir (or Leila as she is also known) is a world famous Ukrainian belly dancer, choreographer, festival and performance organizer. Her perfected style is one of the most explosive , sensual, and spectacular the bellydance community has seen in many years. Alla Kushnir was able to use her tremendous gifts to become a finalist of the Ukraine television show “Ukraine’s Got Talent”. She has also competed internationally and won LBC Belly Dance World Championship “Hezzi Ya Nawaim” and many other times in diverse world championships of bellydance.
Alla Kushnir has been an avid bellydancer since she was a young girl, and her talent has only grown over time. In Kiev where she grew up she studied at a specialized school of the arts where she received a broad creative background. Near the start of her dancing career Alla did not experience a pull toward any one style of dance in particular , thus she became enamored with ballroom, folk, and a wide array of other dance styles and motifs. She used the varied styles she learned to perfect a unique and sensational style that she used in amateur competitions.
After graduating high school she pursued an education in law and decided that she preferred not to link her dancing life with her law school life. However, on the second year Alla happened to watch a program on belly dancing on television and she was hooked. This program changed the course of events for her life. She decided to commit to the dance styles of the east, however during that time in her part of Ukraine there were no teachers, Alla began to study bellydance on her own in a similar manner to how she studied other dance styles in her youth. She took many trips to seminars in different cities of Russia and Ukraine during this time.
To watch Alla perform is to watch the embodiment of emotion. It is sometimes said that dance is dance; and technique is technique. But Alla Kushnir is able to bring forth a raw power and force to her belly dancing that is able to emotionally stun the viewer. This is the weapon of the beautiful dancer, she molds your feelings, and puts forth incredible passion into each movement. Despite her youth, Alla is the winner of numerous international and foreign competitions and championships. It’s undoubted that all those titles are well deserved, and that she will continue to win more in the future.

Eglal




EGLAL is a professional dancer and teacher with experience from the Czech Republic and abroad (FR, GB). At present, she holds dance classes and workshops (oriental dance) in Prague and the region of Central Bohemia and regularly performs and organizes various dance events as festival ORIENT CONNECTION.
EGLAL opened a new dance and movement relaxation studio for women in the center of Prague, in the autumn of 2007.

LEANDRO FERREYRA



From the age of sixteen has formed Indian dances, typical and folkloric, and currently one of the leading exponents of Bollywood and Master in Latin America. It was formed in IUNA (National Institute of Art) in the Bachelor of choreographic composition and the School of Julio Bocca. In 2009, he was part of the Arabian Dance Company, as a principal dancer and choreographer, participating in different seminars and shows in Argentina and abroad.
In 2011 he was summoned by Amir Thaleb, to participate in the festival with greater global call belly dance “EIDA”, being part of the staff of Teachers with Raqia Hassan Saida Amir Bozenka and Thaleb.
Today continues to form with great teachers and teaches seminars and shows for Argentina, Latin America and Europe.

SANDRA & JAMAL




Sandra was born in Tunisia where she grew up with oriental music and belly dance. His father was one of the first oriental party and show organizers in the ‘70s, in Paris. Since childhood, Sandra has rubbed shoulders with the biggest stars of oriental music and belly dance. In the 80‘s, she regularly travelled to Cairo where she learned and perfected her technique with the most famous choreographers like Samy Abdelhalim, Ibrahim Akef and many others…She studied dance and directories for 10 years at the Academy of Arts and Theatre in Cairo.She is a choreographer, dance master and certified teacher. Sandra has trained a number of choreographers, dancers and troops around the world. She also passed on her expertise in Egyptian belly dance and folklore at the International Master Classes. She often went on tour and participated in dance internships, particularly in Egypt and Worldwide at festivals “Nils Group”.In 1996, she moved to Nice and created the largest Belly Dance Academy in the Côte d’Azur (the French Riviera) where she transmits her art in all styles: Egyptian folklore, classical, Sharki, baladi, from beginner to professional level. Thanks to his father who was one of the leading producers of shows in the 70s in Paris, Sandra was rocked by the biggest stars in oriental music and belly dance. “They taught me to feel the music, talking to it.”
Sandra is a student of the great artist and choreographer, the lord of the belly dance: Ibrahim Akef. With his passing in 2006, Sandra had the feeling of having lost a priceless treasure. The Egyptian choreographer had the knowledge, expertise, energy, generosity and talent of a great master and now, Sandra is his memory. Fascinated by the Egyptian culture, she studied with him directories and became a specialist of the Egyptian female solo in belly dance. For the first time, after Ibrahim Akef who marked the history of Egyptian choreography, Sandra teaches and trains professional dancers by using a dance directory. Sandra, the choreographer and the teacher, has integrated performance concept and repetition of movement to excellence into the dance teaching, ” the student must go even further, for the beauty of dance “. Above all, Sandra loves the depth, beauty and purity of movement and gesture. She resents technical errors without musical expression, a misplaced arm, an awkward movement, a low hip, a small pond… After 25 years, now Sandra continues her work with the same requirements. The art and style of Sandra are unique, internationally renowned. Her style is fascinating and she is one of the first to have codified belly dance in the form of directories. Her gesture has a soul, a soul full of expressions, her talent, her teaching and her charisma have fascinated all the dancers who knew her and have trained with her. She is the founder of the only Dance Academy in the Côte d’Azur ( the French Riviera ), she meets and trains hundreds of students and teachers worldwidE

Said el Amir – warm hearted, charismatic, disciplined professional dancer with a powerful, clear and systematic dance technique (based on ESTODA!) Devoting his life to dance Said brings all his life-affirming personality to his performances and instructions.
Based on his knowledge about music, its structure, its cultural origin and interpretation and falling back on his founded education in jazz dance, modern dance, classical ballet and Middle Eastern dances, Said created the new dance fusion: “jomdance” that still searches- for its resembling. Ntia Pilatou is a professional dancer from Volos city in Greece.Her first contact with music was at the age of 7 when she started piano lessons….Much later she decided to have some bellydance lessons in her hometown.That was not enough,so in order to imrove her bellydance skills and education she started taking part in workshops with renowned teachers and dancers..such as Raqia Hassan,Azad Kaan,Horacio & Beata Cifuentes,Jillina Carlano,Ali Sherif,Mohamed Kazafy,Khaled Mahmoud,Mohamed Shahin,Tito Seif,Anna Borisova,Mercedes Nieto,Isis Bellydance,Sandra,Leila,Margarita Darina,Karolina Idrisova,Yana Dance….and many many more greek artists!She is also very educated in arabic rythms thanks to her master teacher and musician Chronis Taxidis and her husband Giannis Mparmpounakis who is a member of Tabbal group!The last two years she runs her own dance school named “BELLYDANCE SCHOOL VOLOS” located in Volos,Greece.Until now she has won more than 15 dance medals as a solo and group dancer in national and international competitions and more than 60 as a dance teacher!Being a mother as well ,she is characterized by the unique bonding with all her students ,who constitute some of the most famous and successful dance groups in Greece.She is also the creator of a new warming programme called Bellyfitness!

HARA NAWAAR



Hara Nawaar started bellydance in 2001 with Nena Kontaxaki in Heraklion Crete. Since then she has attended numerous seminars with the most distinguished international artists. Mahmoud Reda, Khaled Mahmoud, Farida Fahmy, Dina, Tito, Nour, Raqia Hassan, Amir Thaleb, Mercedes Nieto, Jillina and many many others. Besides Bellydance she has studied latin and contemporary dance, adding a unique style at her oriental dancing. She is the founder of Oriental Dance Queens, the first Bellydance group in Greece. Alone & with the group she has participated in many festivals and shows in Greece and abroad (Uk, Hungary, Japan, etc). In 2010 she organised We Dance for Life Show, dedicated to people facing cancer and in 2013 the amazing TROJAN WAR ballet theater show with 40 dancers and musicians from all over Greece. Lia Demi Raheema is one of the warm Up Teachers in Cairo By Night Festival .
She is a Choreographer and Performer based in Kavala ( North Greece ) .She has been studying the last 8 years with many International Instuctors all over the world including Raqia Hassan, Mohamed Shahin ,Aziza of Cairo , Jillina , Anna Borisova and many many more . She and her group have won many times in National and International bellydance Competitions .
